Pet Tour Erbil collects the contact, pet, appointment and location information required to provide mobile grooming services. This information is used for scheduling, communication, routing, service history and payment administration.

Location data is used to validate coverage and guide the grooming van. Live vehicle tracking should only be displayed during active appointments. Customer information should not be sold or shared for unrelated advertising.

Customers may request correction or deletion of their information by contacting Pet Tour through Instagram @pettour.ebl or the published business phone number.

Pet Tour keeps customer and pet records only for service operations, care history, appointment support and lawful business administration.
