Website submissions are appointment requests until confirmed by Pet Tour Erbil. Prices shown are estimates and may change according to pet size, coat condition, behaviour, requested treatment and additional time required.

Customers should disclose medical conditions, aggression, anxiety, allergies and recent procedures before grooming. Pet Tour may pause or refuse a service when proceeding would be unsafe for the pet or grooming team.

Customers should provide safe van access and accurate location details. Cancellation, rescheduling, travel-fee and payment arrangements are confirmed directly by Pet Tour before the appointment is locked in.
